Application to perform California Agent Visual Inspection to be performed during real estate transactions. The AvidApp is designed to allow California real estate agents a tool to perform the Agent Visual Inspection that is required to be done on residential dwellings during the sale of property. This app will allow agent to do this quickly from their Iphone and export to PDF. Remarks can be added quickly by typing or by using speech to text function. The exported form includes all of the legal language required to limit legal liability and also has the ability to incorporate photos as well as the feature to sign the form directly from the portable device. This will allow agents to perform the inspection quickly and accurately without being encumbered by carrying around a clipboard and handwriting to a printed form.
